Return Policy

You can return the products purchased from our online store within 14 calendar days from the date of the order, in accordance with the law (Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014) and according to the terms and conditions of the ANGEL CHIC store.

The products must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent, without being damaged and with all the elements present (labels, instructions for use, identification elements). Products that show signs of use (marks, odor, tears, scratched / worn skin, wear wrinkles, etc.) are not accepted.

Please use protective packaging to prevent damage during transportation.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The equivalent value of the returned product will be transferred within a maximum of 14 working days from its receipt, in a bank account.

Repeated discontinuation of the purchase may be considered an abuse. Depending on the client’s behavior, we reserve the right to select the clientele.

Based on your withdrawal request ANGEL CHIC STYLE SRL will send a courier to the address mentioned to pick up the package with the product (s) you want to return with all the information necessary for collection.
